Is the shipping free?
Free shipping on orders $50 or more. Build your ritual and save.
When will I receive my item?
Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. Once shipped, U.S. delivery usually takes 1–9 business days, depending on your location. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number within 24 to 48 hours after your order ships.
For orders shipped outside of the U.S., the estimated delivery time is 15-60 days for standard shipping.
Please note that we ship internationally in some locations for some products and you will be informed if the product does not ship to your destination. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Can I change or return my item?
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
• teas (herbal, organic, loose leaf, or bagged)
• vitamins and dietary supplements
• powder supplements (greens, superfoods, wellness blends)
• any consumable product
• opened or used aromatherapy products
• aromatherapy diffusers
These items are final sale once delivered.
If an item is non-consumable (ritual tools or wellness accessories), returns may be accepted; however, returns for non-consumable items will depend upon approval by the supplier.
Exception: If an item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please provide proof either via a photo or video within 3 to 4 business days after delivery. The proof can be sent using our contact email. You will receive a prepaid label for all approved returns. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.
