Domestic Shipping within USA: Estimated delivery time is 1 to 9 business days.
International Shipping: We do ship internationally in some locations for some products and you will be informed if the product does not ship to your destination. Estimated delivery time is 15-60 days for international standard shipping . Delivery times within this range depend on the specific destination country and potential customs processing delays.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs depends on the carrier, the timeframe and the location. Free shipping is available for orders over $50.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number within 24 to 48 hours. Tracking updates will occur regularly until shipped. Delivery confirmation will be provided with complete details.

Shipping Restrictions

There are shipping restrictions depending on the supplier.

Certain items may have restrictions depending on the shipping destination (e.g., oversized products, materials restricted by customs).

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If an item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please provide proof either via a photo or video within 3 to 4 business days after delivery. The proof can be sent using the contact email below. The timeline expectations (for FBA returns from delivery to refund) is approximately 1-3 weeks total.
