At Daily Ritual Wellness, we take great care in sourcing wellness products designed to support your daily rituals. Due to the nature of our products and our fulfillment process, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Fulfillment
Daily Ritual Wellness partners with third-party fulfillment providers and trusted retail suppliers to ship products directly to customers.
Because of this fulfillment model, all sales are subject to the return and refund policies outlined below.
Returns & Refunds (Health & Wellness Products)
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- teas (herbal, organic, loose leaf, or bagged)
- vitamins and dietary supplements
- powder supplements (greens, superfoods, wellness blends)
- any consumable product
- opened or used aromatherapy products
- aromatherapy diffusers
These items are final sale once delivered.
Exception: If an item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please provide proof either via a photo or video within 3 to 4 business days after delivery. The proof can be sent using the contact email below. You will receive a prepaid label for all approved returns.
The timeline expectations (for FBA returns from delivery to refund) is approximately 1-3 weeks total.
For missing packages or delayed shipments beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at healthandwellnessatanyage@gmail.com, and we will assist where possible.
Returns for Non-Consumable Items
Returns may be accepted for the following categories:
- Ritual tools or wellness accessories
Conditions for eligibility:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return request must be submitted within 3 to 4 business days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns for non-consumable items will depend upon approval by the supplier.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Orders returned without prior authorization
- Items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item qualifies for a return (non-consumable items only), damaged or defective, you may return the eligible item by contacting us and following the provided instructions before placing a new order.
